SEATTLE ART FAIR

Osmond's Cosmic Whirl is one of the works on show at the inaugural Seattle Art Fair, held from 30 July to 2 August 2015.

SEATTLE ART FAIR

Major art galleries from around America joined Northwestern art dealers at Seattle Art Fair, held at CenturyLink Field Event Centre. Kevin Osmond's Cosmic Whirl is part of the Dripscape series of wall-based sculptures, which could be viewed at the Maxwell Davidson Gallery/Davidson Contemporary booth 405 by the thousands of visitors who attended the four-day event.

Big name dealers like Gagosian, David Zwirner and Pace exhibited among 62 galleries from the Pacific Northwest area, as well as Miami, Los Angeles, Tokyo and Seoul.

Seattle is a credible location for this new annual art fair, since it is home to a few of the world's richest people, including Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, a major art collector who co-produced the fair via his investment firm Vulcan; Bill Gates' former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, and Amazon's founder and CEO Jeff Bezos.
