Astrolix is a group of five spatial forms that float off the surface of a wall. Each one investigates future form - things you might encounter out there in space - forms we don’t know about yet.

Embodying fluid dynamics they explore our perceptions of solids and liquids, morphing together the industrial surfaces and materials of science fiction and rocket science with the iridescent colours and organic forms of asteroids and meteorites.

The nature of space marries with the nature of earth. Astrolix reminds you of earthly structures – like the barrel-roll movement of a wave, the energetic cut of a bullet or the curvaceous twist of a shell.

Astrolix is a sculptural investigation – a celebration of our being on this planet and our inquisitive persistence in determining what else is out there – what forms are out there?
